Shipping Policy

Currency

All prices on our site are displayed in Australian Dollars (AUD), and will be charged in Australian Dollars.

Shipping address change

If you would like to change the shipping address for your order, please contact us by email and include your new shipping address. Please note that once the order is shipped, we can not alter the shipping address anymore.

Order processing time

Allow us 1-2 business days to process your order for shipping. We make every effort to fulfill orders as quick as possible. After receiving your order confirmation email, you will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Order tracking

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 to 72 hours for the tracking information to become available. It sometimes might take more than that if the order is placed during busy sales period such as mothers day, etc.

Delivery time & charges

In all normal circumstances your parcel should be delivered within 45 business days.

Be aware that these delivery times can become longer in case your order is placed during busier periods such as near Christmas or Thanksgiving.

We charge $10 for standard shipping or otherwise as per promotion, if any.

Shipping restrictions

Unfortunately, we won't be able to ship to any P.O. Box or to a military address.

Packages damaged, lost or missing while in-transit

If you have a suspicion of your parcel being lost or missing while in Transit, please contact us by email. We can contact the shipping company to investigate the issue.

If your package has indeed gone missing, we will send you a new one free of charge or send you a full refund.

If your package has arrived damaged, contact us and we will provide a replacement or refund as soon as possible.

Can I expedite my order?

We try our best to ship your order as soon as we can. We currently only support standard shipping.

I haven't received my order yet. What's going on?

We expect the orders to be delivered to you within 45 days. If you haven’t received your order within 45 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at support@bagsnmore.com.au with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Refund Policy

We have a 7-day refund policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a refund

Refund conditions

Refund is only eligible for the products which are received in a damaged state or a wrong item is delivered.

Your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-refundable items

Certain types of items are not eligible for a refund, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, refund not eligible on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges

Sorry, we do not provide exchanges.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve inspected your request, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
